This marital dissolution case involves the value of a remediation and environmental cleanup business.  Each party had an expert witness that opined as to the value of the business.  The value differential was significant.  The appeals court held that there was enough competent, credible evidence for the trial court to accept the husband’s expert’s testimony over the wife’s expert’s testimony.
